What are you opening hours?Currently we are open on Tuesdays from 12pm - 7pm and Thursdays 7:30am - 4pm

Where are you located? We are located within the HC Fitness gym space at 21 Princes Highway in Stratford. You will need to enter through the glass sliding door at the gym entrance where there is a seating area available for you. I will come and get you at your appointment time.
-
What happens in the first appointment? This will depend on your booking type but all initial appointments include a chat about what has brought you in, an assessment to determine what might be causing your presentation and a plan created for ongoing treatment and exercises. Depending on time, treatment is also provided during your initial assessment.

What is an ACL appointment? An ACL initial appointment is recommended for patients who are post-op ACL repair surgery. This includes an initial assessment, an AXIT assessment, guided rehabilitation program and treatment. This appointment can also be booked for a newly diagnosed ACL tear, however, I may shorten this to a cheaper and shorter session if pain or swelling will limit too heavily the assessment options. An ACL follow up appointment is used for a follow up ACL appointment where we are re-assessing your AXIT (I will let you know when this appointment is needed), otherwise a normal follow up session is all that is required.

What is a Women's Health Appointment?A women's health appointment is for conditions or symptoms that arise prenatally, post-partum or are related to incontinence, sexual pain, constipation, abdominal separation, etc. Selecting this appointment allows me to be better prepared for your appointment. However, if you are unsure about whether your condition or concern is Women's health related, it is okay to select this appointment anyway.
